PB glaze question

I have looked at the two glazes that PoorBoys offers, one for dark colored and one for light colored cars. I was wondering were a vehicle that was painted red would fall into, would I use the light or dark glaze. Or would it even matter.

it really depends on what you consider the color red to be.. light or dark.. there is really no wrong choice they each will do a good job.. i know black hole will hide alot of imperfections.. not sure about WD though...maybe steve will chime in

I would go with Black Hole as it will deepen the red and make it wetter looking ...then top with Natty's Blue

If you want it a bright red like Fire Engine red .. then I'd do White Diamond and follow with EX-P

Great question! I was just wondering the same thing.

As a follow up, why Natty's Blue over Natty's Red? I can never remember the difference between the two.:hmmm:

the reason I recommended Blue instead of Red is that I did not know when the OP was planning on detailing and Red will be available soon but not at the moment ;)

Good question and probably time for a reminder regarding the intended positioning of the Natty's trio.

I used Black Hole on my torch red Mach 1, & it's a very bright red. I found that BH really brought out the color.

I guess I lucked out because one of the online retailers happened to have some natty's red in stock, so I was able to pick up some.

I am wondering if using BH on my vehicle before my sealant will affect the sealant life? Or do I use it after the sealant and before my nuba?

Both work well, I have even used Black hole on my Dad's white trans am and it looked nice. It definately gave it a different look though but still clean and shiny.
