Well, what exactly did you do? My guess is you just didn't spray it on and watch it magically disappear.

It's love bug season here now. The outside shots with bugs was a trip to my father's (92 miles) garage shots were after up and back + out to lunch so about 225 miles (200 highway)

Wet
Spray bug squash
let dwell
wash off using PB sss on a PB bug micro fiber
rinse

Is bug squash mild enough that you don't have to re-apply LSP?
I'm sure Ron will be along to answer your question directy but I'll throw in my .2 cents. That's what I find so amazing about this product, it cuts through bug guts quicker than any other product I've tried and I've never felt the need to run and grab the most recent LSP in order to do a touch up. I've had the thought that perhaps I lose some longevity in the area directly applied but I'm not sure that I've seen that to be the case. We don't see love bugs here in Utah but I'll tell you it's a kick butt product on mosquito's.

I've been using a slightly stronger mix of Ultima WW+. Bug Squash is a better option? If so, I'll be ordering today.

Never tried the Ultima, so can't give an answer. I know that bug squash works well for me, so I keep using it.

Nice review. Good thing we don't have to deal with them out here in my area of So Cal. But now I know what product to get if I need to fight some pesky bugs.

I also use it sometimes as a pre-spray before washing. When I lived up north, it took care of leaf marks (the kind where a wet leaf falls on car and dries on it) etc

Has anybody used both the PB Bug Squash and 1Z Anti-Inzekt?

I have a long and happy use-history with 1Z, and a *VERY* strong knee-jerk dislike of Poor Boy's, but if it's a drastically cheaper alternative that works just as well I might force myself to give them the business. Maybe.

Haven't tried the 1z. I haven't had the need or desire to, since the bs works well for me. So if 1z works for you and you like it, keep using it.
