paint sprayers

Unrelated (somewhat) to car detail, I was wondering which companies make the best paint sprayers for painting cars? A friend of mine is looking for a top quality sprayer, and I figure someone on this board probably knows more about sprayers than I would ever need to! He is actually looking for one to deal with house paint, but I figure if a company makes one well, there is potential they would make the other (same idea right?).

And BTW, thanks to this site, my car looks outstanding.... gotta love the klasse twins!
 
I have heard good things about and seen great things from DeVilbiss sprayers, and if I am not mistaken, they make pretty much any type of paint sprayer you could ever want.
