Paint problem~~~

There are bubbles on my car paint. It is all over the top part and the trunk. I don't know whats wrong with it. I just notice this yesterday when I am washing my car. I am not sure if it is paint peeling or wax problem. Please help!!!

Looks like water etching of some sort, very unlikly clearcoat failure
