Paint on bra?

Nope, this stuff, Snake Skin, is new to me! It sounds really neat though, especially since it comes in clear, black, green, blue and orange colours.

The only disadvantage to it is that it probably looks lousy (hey, it's brushed on) and is only supposed to be left on for 2 weeks max. Still, if I were taking a trip somewhere I might consider using this on the leading edge of my (boxy) hood, bumper, and mirrors.

Actually one nice thing is that you don't have to clean it - just throw it out. :D

Never hear of this product.

Since I'm an Armorglove user, just had it done on my '03 RED SC430 I can tell you that it is worth every penny!

Very hard to see and the hood area is wrapped, so the only seam you may see if your close is where it ends. I also had it installed on front bumper/air-dam, headlight (stops sandblasting effect on the lens) area on top front fender next to headlights called "wings", side mirrors, door cups (nasty fingernail scratches always hard to get out) lower rockers and wheel arches.

Do yourselves a favor, go with a proven product such as Armorglove, XPEL, Stoneguard etc than something that may or maynot work and look like crap as well.

No one wants a bra on their car, but unless you have that new PPG ceramic coating for paint, it's a clear bra or those ugly black bras.

SC430's are known stone magnets! Anyone with an SC430 better get one on when you pick up the car a a dealer, or learn the hard way as I did!

I'd try that paint-on stuff on a beater car first.

Regards,

Deanski
