Paint Cracks on Surface (Help!)

I just bought a black 03' 350z, and throughout the surface I have spots about the size on a dime that look like the paint is erroding. These spots are all around the car. It looks like something had been dripped onto the paint and ate through the clear coat. I don't have pictures as of right now, but I'll try and post some. Is there anything I can do to hide/remove this?

a picture is worth a thousand words lol. i dont think you can "remove" cracked paint or "hide" it unless it gets resprayed or touched up.
