Use your wash bucket and fill it with water and your favorite soap (Dawn, car wash soap, etc.), I like Dawn for this, and let them soak for a while, then come back and hose them out with fresh water. Don't be too aggressive with them, just squeeze them flat every now and then, no twisting or ringing them out. After they are completely rinsed, just squeeze the water out and let them air dry. Some people like to put the pad back on the pc and spin them for a second to get the water out, but I usually clean the pads well after I've already picked everything up, so I just squeeze them out real good.
