PAC great customer service, honesty...

I placed an order last night for some more pads and 105. Total came to like $110 or so. I didnt have a discount code but I needed to get the order through so I paid anyway and in the comments box I said I was a member of TID and didnt have the discount code, thinking there was one for members here somewhere....

This morning I get an email on my phone from PayPal that PAC refunded me almost $11.

That is quality CS and how you retain customer loyalty.

Its like there wasnt a hassle,they clearly acknowledged my request and went ahead and credited me the difference within a few hours. No need to email me to say PAC is processing your refund, they just got it done.

PAC understands a key to a successful business. You need to keep your customers for the long term. Discounts here and there make customers for life. The $11 refunded to you isn't going to really hurt PAC, but that $11 counts to you and shows that they value your business. Now that's what you call an investment in your business.

When I finish a detail I always leave a 10% off card good on their next detail. I also have a deal for repeat customers that I won't ever raise prices on them. I have one older couple with a minivan who are 2x a year full detail and are paying prices from almost 6 years ago. I'm always happy to do that job, even at the cut-rate!!

I buy almost all my supplies at PAC now, meaning some other company no longer has my business. Many products are the same, proving that customer service is tops!!
