Depending on how much the guy was ripped off maybe it was needed. Scammers are the same as thieves in my book. To hell with them all. The problem is most of them will get away with it and then scam other people. Maybe this kid will think twice next time before doing illegal ****.
I have been scammed before and its a PITA to get with the detectives in the city and have an investigation just to get your money back. I did get my money back and a nice apology letter from the kid and his parents, but still.
