OTC polish

I need a good OTC polish for a black vehicle that will remove swirls, without being too abrasive. ScratchX is too annoying to use and hard to get off after it dries. Anything else? This will be applied by hand. I'm sick of seeing the swirls in the sun.

Not quite OTC, but if you work by hand, you can't miss the 1Z polishes. But why do you let your ScratchX to dry?

Mothers Powerpolish and a cheap RO from Big Lots with either Megs or LC pads will work
