ordered my PC 7424 need a little help

It should be here in a few days, Coastal Tool kit, $119, I believe. Question, I ordered some 3M finesse it 11, I have some P21s GEPC, any prefence on these two polishes?

I thought after polish I would hit it with 3M imperial hand glaze then finish with P21s

carnauba wax. I am working on my 1973 red Detomaso Pantera
