I got my first oder today, with my GALLON of Quickshine, and the bottle was almost empty, Does it need to be mixed with water or anything? The box did not see like it was wet or anythng... What is the deal? I feel ignorant for even asking... :hm

It's a natural process...don't be afraid to let it go! :scared:

Actually I think it is shipped as a concentrate, and meant to be mixed with water. That saves on shipping weight (and cost).

I'd mix it with distilled water.

Yep. As always. Gotta keep it light around here.

Back to topic:

SO, I should mix it with a Gallon of DISTILLED water? Is that best?

I used distilled water, and it works fine. BTW, here's a thread about the same issue. Here's also another one. I think the general consensus was distilled water or regular tap water.

Ah ha! So there is a QD in concentrate! When my supply runs low, I'm going to decide between this and the FK QD. Being it's a concentrate, I just wish QS came in smaller bottles rather than that large gallon size (like my household cleaner concentrates) were used for the sake of conserving shelf space :o

You must try FK's #425

Bill, when you order the gallon size, the 32 oz. sprayer is included as well.

I use distilled water to dilute shampoo for clay lube, and I'd use it for diluting QD as well. Anything that might run into the door jambs or anything would leave spots if it's tap water. We have very hard water here.

There should be a label towards the top of the bottle saying "fill to this line". Everett says if you drink your tap water, it is fine to use.

LOL. WOW!!! I am so glad that I posted this thread! look at al lthe great response I got from it!

Thanks for all the great help guys!
