I have only used OB. It has a really nice sheen to it, and IMO last for quite a while turning into a nice matte finish in a couple days which then for me looks great for at least 2 weeks depending on weather.
I have a gallon of the TS but have not used it, and from what I understand it initially is a great matte finish that last for quite a while also.
OB for me has worked great when spraying directly on the tire in the beginning stages of the detail or just a quick detail, and wiping down when done, being water based it really soaks into the tire and covers really well.
