When I take my show car to the shows I detail it at home but on the way to the show I always get some bugs. I have been using PB S&W but I see at AG I can buy 32 onces of optimum spray & wipe for $13.99 recommended mix is one once per two gallons of water. That means I could mix 64 gallons from one bottle that would be very cost effective. I have never used this product I'm sure someone on here has used both the poor boys s&w and the Optimum spray & wipe how do they compare. Even if I had to mix with twice as much as recommended it would still be much cheaper to use. TIA Bart

Are you talking about Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine? If you are I can tell you that I have both the Optimum NRWS (mixed in a spray bottle) and the Poorboy's S&W. Typically, I just use the Optimum NRWS in a sprayer for clay lube. It works great for that. As a QD, the PB's S&W works MUCH better. It doesn't leave the surface as glossy as the Optimum, but it seems to provide a great deal more cleaning power and lubricity which results in a cleaner less scratched car.

Yes I was referring to the no rinse wash and shine. I thought if it worked ok it would be much cheaper to use.
I have used QD-plain water- poorboys s&w they all work but the S&W is slicker I like that. I just started using FCS it works great also just thought maybe the optimum would be more cost effective.

The Optimum will work OK, but you will notice a HUGE difference between that and the Poorboy's S&W.
