Optimum on a 03' Black Jeep

The snow has finally melted so it was time for my spring detail. I was upset this morning, I ordered some products while at college and was hoping to recieve them this weekend. Well, I get home last night, and I recieved my optimum polish but not my new PC. I just did the regular wash on the Jeep and the UPS woman rolled up right as I was finishing with the PC:clap:.

My 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited:

-Solid undercarrige wash, to remove the winter salt.

-Meguiars Wash.

-Simple Green on wheels with toothbrush on the white lettering.

-Optimum Polish via a Lake Country orange pad on the PC. Spread at 2, then worked in at 5 & 6.

-Armor all on wheel wells, engine pieces and various exterior plastics.

you should go over the tires with a brush or something after you dress them, there is still a ton of product on them.

Also where did your spare go?

I just sprayed the dressing (foam) on two seconds before the pictures, it had not dissolved yet.

I took the spare off.

Awesome job. What did you clean your engine with? First time using a PC?

Thanks! I used armor on the engine pieces, just a two second job. It was my first time using a PC, I've used a rotary though :LOLOL.

Very nice. Looks awesome. If you don't mind my asking, why are you selling it?

Just looking for something more sporty I guess, I'm only gonna be young for a while. The jeep is perfect and it's soooo practical but, it's just not as fun as my old truck. I'm looking for an A6 or X-Type.

Wow. I don't blame you for those options. LOL. Kinda hijacking the thread here, but I would lean away from the X-Type and look more at something like an IS or a G35 for sport.

Looks really good! :)

Did you just polish it? I see you used OP, but I don't see where you mentioned the wax you used.

Thanks! I just polished today, it says it can be used for a final coat, so I'll let it be until next time. I had my hands full today .

You have awesome taste in vehicles. I always hear bad things being said about X-types but that will be without a doubt my next car when it comes time to get rid of my Jeep as well. They just stand out for some reason from other cars. Good luck with the decision and nice job on that Liberty!
