Optimum No Rinse and Wheel Well, Bottom Front and Rear Bumpers

Hey guys, how do you clean around these areas with this product? I notice that it is more grimy when it comes to these areas and everytime I wash here, my grout sponge gets really dark from the stuff that was on the car. I have to go over these areas more than once it seems, because when I am drying, my microfiber displays signs of dirt from wiping.



Is there a better way to wash around these areas with ONR?
 
I just do it after I've washed the car so I'm not getting the wash bucket dirty with brake dust. Usually I get the rag wetter then I would washing the car and kinda flush away the debris as I'm washing.
 
Same, I get the areas wetter and go over them a couple times with my wash pad (I've found that microfiber covered foam pads work great for me) before drying.
