Optimum Car Wax-3 weeks Later

I had to give Optimum Car Wax a try, and found that it can be used as a stand alone LSP. Here is my dad's truck 3 weeks after I applied it. We also got three straight nights of some moonsoon type rain and thunderstroms. I don't know if it'll hold up like this for 5 months, but 1 month would be a piece of cake

Agreed, it can be a standalone LSP. Boy, it is hard to break my "emotional" attachment to actually "applying" a LSP though. :D

I use it weekly on my car.

On my girlfriend's Saab, it has been over a month and still beading well...This is also through HEAVY pollen season. I will update once I wash it again.

Good stuff, that OCW :).

I love OCW for convenience, but I do feel that its got more of a sealant look than a carnuba look to it. I usually use it on roofs and to spit shine FK1 Pink or Blue Natty's.

I really like it as well. Held up a full three months (applied over CKs Red Machine Glaze) on a Lexus SC430 that sits out in the sun all day. It was a little drier than normal but we did get a few heavy storms. Still looked terrific when I rewaxed it the other day.
