Im going to take a stab and not recommend it. If you can wait by chance, maybe a week and/or a wash, for some of 1Z's Nuba oils to diminish, you would stand a better chance. Scott uses OS quite frequently and may offer differing advice though.
Same here, although it's just a guess as I've never used Opti-seal. I *have* tried using other sealants over 1Z's consumer polishes and I had bonding issues. But some sealants apparently bond fine to waxes/glazes (or so I hear), I dunno if Opti-seal is one of 'em :nixweiss
I just top 1Z PP with wax myself, if I want to use a sealant for my LSP I use a different polish for the final polishing.
