2003 Lexus LS430, bi-monthly wash customer, has me wax it about twice a year. Excuse the "October" mention in the video, I double checked my records and it was actually August. No QDs, just ONR washes and one dealer wash that I know of.
This video isn't the best, it was hard to hold the camera on the area I was washing with one hand and wash with the other.
As you can see, the car still looks really good. Decent slickness too. I am pretty confident that if you use ONR as your main washing method, it will really help Opti-Seal hold up far longer than you'd expect for something so easy to apply.
The only drawback is convincing your customers to get their cars waxed again when they still look good, bead when it rains and feel slick.

I still prefer the traditional 2 bucket wash, but I did an ONR wash the day before yesterday on my car only because I've been really short on time with all that I have to take care of in the household. My car hasn't been polished or properly waxed in at least a year and half besides AquaWax maybe once every 6 weeks. I must say that my car hasn't looked this good for the longest time. An ONR wash makes it look even better than AquaWax 1 day after application.
I also had a huge, dried up bird bomb that cleaned up much easier than I was expecting. Unfortunately even with a stronger mix of ONR, I always seem to have problems getting the paint completely clean when there's pollen. It requires more effort than a traditional wash and I get uncomfortable using that much pressure/agitation to get the pollen off.
I usually do two coats of OS to ensure complete coverage but I am not sure how much added durability it might add. Probably not a whole lot but if it lasts 3-4 months (or more) and it is that easy to apply, no biggie.

THanks for the info. Deffinatelly inspired me to order a nice MF mitt so that I can use my bottle of ONR and also a bottle of OS. Do have any experience with the durability of OS on wheels?
