I am sure that you all have had this problem. I was at work this morning I picked up my clay, it was hard as a rock due to the cold weather. I decided to put it in the microwave....unbelievable... I Kneaded it for about 30 seconds afterwards and it was like a brand new clay bar. Good Luck
 
I keep my clay in the black plastic container my Meguiars overspray bar came in, so when it is cold and I have a car to clay, I leave it on my front seat in the sun, so usually by the time I am ready to use it, its pretty soft. The microwave idea would be good in a pinch though.
 
I seem to get a draft from my engine's heater into my glovebox.... I just leave it in there so after I've warmed the car up, my clay is ready to use.... :up
