On the subject of PC's and rotaries

Is there an instructional book/manual and or video for the complete idiot (me) on how to use a PC or Rotary? If the time comes when I do decide to buy one of these tools these guides will be be most helpful to me. Thanx.

I think you will find the PC easy to use, and will catch on quickly. The Meguiar's video that Eric pointed out is a good one.
