Old SFX pads and backing plate

Does anybody remember what size the backing plate was that came with the SFX pad kit in the past 2-3 years? I know the pads are 6.5 and I have the backing plate still. I just ordered 5.5 CCS pads and not sure if I can use that backing plate, it is pretty much the same size if not a lil bit bigger. I also have a 3.5 backing plate but that is too small. Am I safe to use the SFX backing plate?

The Sonus backing plate that I bought with the SFX kit a few years ago is a 6" plate

so I take it I can't use the 6 inch backing plate with 5.5 pads? Trying to save myself another order.

Yeah, I think it will be too big.
