OHC Watery?

This kind of seemed odd to me, so let me ask, is Optimum Hyper Compound supposed to be watery? I've seen people mention it about the old Polish, that it was watery with clumps. I thought it was strange when I used the two products because the Polish (new formula) is really thick while the HC is watery, or thin. I would have thought the HC would be the thicker product, but I have no clue. Does this sound normal?

The HC is not the new formula. As far as I know they are still owkring on the new formula of HC. That is why it is watery and the Polish is not.

OK. I knew the HC wasn't new, but I guess I would have thought a more abrasive compound would be thicker than a polish. So that's why I wondered.

The thickness of the product has nothing to do with it's abrasivness, usually.

I can't wait for the new formual of HC to arrive.

The new OP is much thicker than OHC, but my OHC isn't "watery".

I'm bummed and excited at the same time for the new OHC. I mean a new Optimum product is never a bad thing, but for as little as I use my OHC it will be a while before I can justify ordering a new bottle.

Well I don't know if I would call it watery, but it is definitely a thin product. I remember the first time I tried it, I had the pad vertical and some of the OHC dripped off the pad onto the bumper. The directions didn't mention shaking it, but I did anyway. Maybe I'll try really shaking it up good and see if it thickens it up at all.
