R.M. Automotive Detailing
I've read a few posts about applying GC over NXT with great results!
Today, I had really nothing better to do, so I decided to take a chance and mix the two products before using them on my own car!
Why? Just because....lol
Anyway...50/50 mix (shake well) and applied with the finishing pad on the PC with Speed at 3.5
I noticed that the "mixture" took only 10 minutes to "set up" as opposed to 15-20 for NXT alone!
It wiped off with a terry towel so easily, and I think it did a pretty amazing job, but I'll put that out to you all for your comments!
My observation is that NXT Deepens the black and shines well, and hides swirls, but the GC gives me the wet reflective look I adore!
I did not do this with any purpose to cut corners or reduce a step in my details! I will always layer and do a proper job, but this has peaked my interest in trying some different mixtures!
