OCW: enough for wash and wax customers

well, just like the title says....for those newer cars, or cars in already bi monthly wax condition, would a wax like OCW be a good substitute...what about every 4 month waxers?



whats the durability of OCW just on its own...I wax my truck every month, so I can tell. And i know optimum website says something like 5 months, but whats the real world longevity of this wax stand alone...
 
I get around 3-3.5 months durability out of OCW, works fine in the situation you described. OPS removed with OCW is a good, fast two step process.
 
Here in pollution city it's about 3 months. I've seen more and I've seen less (usually do to strong detergents), but average is 3 months.
 
Sure it is. Just because it is a liquid does not make it any less of a wax than a paste. In fact I think the look of OCW is pretty amazing considering how easy it is to apply.
