OCDetail - SRT8 300 What do you call this color?

Bring on the Hemi! I really am at loss at to what to call this color. Its not blue, it is not gray.... And I still don't know if I hate it or love it. Either way I was willing to bring out the best of it! When it arrived it was in bad shape... Massive paint etchings from being left out side, water spots, and of coarse a swirls, scratches, and rids OHHH MMYYYY! Well after clicking my rupes together, spinning around 3 times, while holding a 4 leaf clover I delivered this poor paint to the promise land!

Dull, lifeless, and HAMMERED!

Its hard to see, but there were what seemed like a million hard etched defects on this paint. Try as we might we not able to get any where near 90% on this one. A lot of the etches were
to deep to fix.

During correction customer asked for badge removal

Removed and corrected!

Almost the whole car had water spots you could feel.

It took multiple compounding passes but they were coming out!

This was when it got here.....

This is done!

This was fun!

Great as always! I see where you're coming from with that color. Its different. I wouldn't say I hate it but I'm not in love with it. It does look nice

that color is really nice. I would call it Slate. its not blay, so it cant be grue, I think slate works well enough.

I was going to put Finest on this but there were to many un correctable areas so I put 50ml of Cquartz UK on it IR baked
