You're description of the product consistency is like none I have never heard or or read of before.

Call Customer Care on Monday 1-800-347-5700 and describe what you're seeing and I'm sure they'll make things right with you.

Definitely the exception, not the norm...

This too, is something I wondered, but it's hard to think about NXT freezing when right now the temperature outside my home office window says, 101 degrees!

(Time to hit the pool!)

I'm pretty sure I've when through more bottles of NXT than anyone else and so far the product in each and every bottle has been uniform in its consistency. Yesterday, at the Rolls Royce Detailing Clinic I opened a bottle that was part of a shipment in February and a bottle that was shipped last month and there was no difference in product consistency.

If you call our Customer Care Hotline, tell them I told you to call, then explain to them what you're seeing, I'm sure they'll take care of you.

i keep my stuff in my office its always room temp...its almost like tiny little dried up nxt particles...i would get 1-3 little specs mixed in with the it..on my app...i had this bottle when nxt 1st hit these forums..could it be from the 1st batches?

with that said...the car looks real good it darkened the world rally blue..i only had the issue halfway threw the car..but hesitant to use it again...the particles are rather hard not smooshy

i'll call that number not sure what they can do for me its only a 20$ bottle of wax

thx mike! your always helpfull;)

Never seen it with NXT, but I have had exactly what you are describing with #20. I still have the bottle, but I am hesitant to use it. Looks like something in it "hardened" and is coming out as tiny specs on the applicator pad. :nixweiss

Been through three bottles so far and not seen this. Hope I never do as I've become pretty fond of NXT. It sure sounds like it may be a freezing issue, perhaps in shipping or storage prior to your purchase. I'd call a Meguiar's CSR and I'm sure they will take care of you.

yes exactly!

called today, great support!..mike had left a message or told the guy about it..there sending me a new bottle!

the guy said its non abrasive and if you shake it enough it should go back....but these specs are hard, not mushy clumps....i did buy it during winter so maybe its the freezing over theory

this is a long shot, but could it be some NXT that dried around the nozzle area or in the nozzle itself or cap? i seem to get this problem with practically all my products (even NXT), and i doubt it's from freezing because living in Hawaii, the temperatures hardly go below 60 degrees.

oh well, glad to hear that Meguiar's helped out!

it came today, but for some reason they sent me the booster spray instead of the wax:rolleyes:

must be a sign to stay away from nxt...so todays detail will be wolfgang topped with p21s
