NXT Durability

I have to say that I am impressed with the durability of NXT so far. I have had it on my car for 3 weeks now and I have washed the car 7x and the water still sheets well. I have used a quick detailer 1x during this period and I used the NXT spray wax just as recommended just to follow the directions that Meguiars provides. The reason I am testing this is because I like the shine it has, easy to use, and the minor ability it to hide some swirls. I intend to use it as a LSP after Menzerna polishes and prepping with a clay bar. I think this will yeild me good results without having to spend too much money on an LSP such as FMJ.

NXT works well for me also. I have it on a work trucks' hood right now that get abused like most people's worst nitemares.

4 weeks now and it is still beading through all the dust and dirt on it.

But to do a fair evaluation of the durability of a product, using a spray type of booster, isnt going to provide accurate results.

When doing experiments in school(Durability), we had to have a control(NXT wax), and adding to it ruins the experiment(NXT booster).

Although, i might have flunked that class lol.

NXT durability has been fine for me. It isn't like Klasse or Zaino but on dark colors, I like the look more. Application is so easy, applying it every 3 months is no biggie. Besides, most Klasse and Zaino users layer anyway. If I lived up north though, I might go with K or Z in the winter since it might be 4-5 months before I could rewax.

NXT by itself with no booster will last 3 months outside 24/7-after that the beading falls off rapidly-if your willing to use the booster wax you could let it go until right before winter

yeah I agree I should have not used the spray detailer but my brother had bought it and I was curious to use being that it gets so many negative reviews. Like Scott said though I def like NXT on dark colors and I tend to use Klasse on light colors. As for my prewinter work here in the northeast I would use FMJ because it would last much longer.
