NXT car wash

Well, I was using this car wash on my ride called Cherry something or other. It was all they had at the time so I got it. Well, I noticed this weekend while doing my girls car that the paint went from beading like mad to nothing at all after the wash. I had thought that something was stripping the waxes off but did nto think the car wash was the problem. So, anyway, I went and got some NXT wash. I am very pleased with this car wash. It seems to make a nice slick solution and makes it very easy to clean.

If there was already a review on this my appologies.

Meguiar's expertise in Engineered Synthetic Polymers (ESP) has created a completely synthetic car wash concentrate that loosens and emulsifies even the toughest dirt and road grime while synthetic lubricating oils glide them off the surface without marring the finish.

Is this wash recommended for sealants ?

I'm almost finished with my NXT and must say i'm pretty happy. It worked pretty good for me, but I really didn't like the smell. Thats just a personal thing though. Out of the E1 WET, Mother's, and Meguiar's NXT, i'll probably go back to using E1 WET. You can get a half gallon of each of these washes for around 5 or 6 bucks at Autozone and Kmart which make them a pretty hard value to beat.

NXT is the only car wash product I use. My sniffer isn't working very well but I'm told it smells pretty good.

I am wondering as well. Maybe it's my imagination, but my car feels a bit more "squeaky" after NXT Wash 2 weeks after S100
(3 months ago, car was AIO-ed and SGx3, has 3 layers or S100, car is garaged 70% of the time).

Waiting to try Poorboys new car shampoo.

Just my thoughts on the post. The fact that there may already have been a review posted shouldn't stop you from giving your opinion.
The more information that is posted, the more we can learn.

Charles :)

I thought Eagle 1 Wet was terrible, no lubricity. I gave mine away. I even tried using too much and it sucked. Just another opinion :D

How is the NXT wash over zaino? I tried some cheapo gallon jug red car wash crap from autozone (supposed to not strip waxes blah blah) and it pretty much made my zaino stop beading, I only used it because I had it left over and I was waiting for my next shipment of zaino.

It most likely left a wash "residue" on the paint. Use Z6 and it should be fine.

I was wondering about the lubricating oil part , will that be left behind? or it's just marketing bla bla

ps:since Nxt has mild cleaning properties, I figure it would remove those 'lubricating oil' and no bonding issue. Not sure about other pure sealants :dunno :dunno
