From what I understand, this product has some polymers in it. Do you think this would affect the cleaning ability/performance of the product, or the topper I have if this gets washed on a vehicle that has a carnuba topper?

I doubt it - the polymer would not adhear to the carnuba

I agree............. if you like the NXT wash for all the right reasons, I would use it. Besides, there are a number of waxes that have polymers in them already. If anything, the wash will probably add a little bit to durability, provide it doesn't remove much product in the washing process.
