nuba and opti seal

Couldn't find much in a search. I have heard from here it is ok to top a nuba with optiseal. I want to top p21s 100% with OS. But from my experience optiseal is not very slick. Will opti seal over p21s take away the slickness?
 
That combo will work fine though P21s 100% seems some what durable on its own. If you find P21s slick and Optiseal becomes the topper, then the slickness will be lost. Personally i havent really ever had a problem with the slickness of Optiseal its a great versitle product!
