k....i got my PC and LGCM for Xmas and i will be buying the Sonus DAS kit shortly....just wanted to make sure my process on detailing my car is correct....any input/corrections/suggestions is greaty appreciated....

Wash: NXT

Clay: Clay Magic

Wash: NXT

Dry: w/ WW microfiber towels

Menzerna IP or SSR 2.5 with orange or green pad

Menzerna FPII or SSR 1 with green pad

AIO with blue pad

SG x3 by hand

im either gonna top SG with Nattys or Trade Secret..will try Souveran when i get more money

I will also be getting the MF from pakshak....oh this will done on my black integra

im also gonna do seans(gsrstilez) process in cleaning my interior

Sounds great to me. I would recommend PB SSR's over Menzerna just because it will be more user friendly (PC wise).

I like to wash again after claying, but some will say it is unnecessary. It just makes me feel better.

I think you've got the right process and some top notch products! I have not used the Menzerna, but love the Poorboy's SSRs. It appears that you've got the pads matched to the appropriate products. One note...if you use SSR 2.5 on your green pad, make sure you clean and dry it before using SSR 1 with it.

If the Sonus DAS kit still comes with the microfiber bonnets you can use one to apply SG with...I think it is easier to apply a thin even coat via PC. just my 2 cents.

Looks good, I wouldn't wash after clay personally, just a lot of work. Menzerna has long been known as the best german polish. I use them and they work miracles. I know, you know you need to wait at least one day between coats of SG right? I use white pad for IP and finishing pad FPII. If it's bad, I use orange IP, white then finishing with FPII, if it's a dark color, just one pad if it's a light car with the FPII. I don't understand why people think Menzerna isn't user friendly. I respect Dookie but I have never had a problem with menzerna. Just remember to let the polish do the work. Don't apply pressure to machine, and wait until the polish breaks down do a search you'll see.
