Noob - with desire to detail cars

Hi everyone, I've lurked around here long enough that I should probably introduce myself. First off, great site and great info. I've learned quite a bit. I've recently picked up a Griot's polisher kit to clean up some paint etchings on my 1966 Chevelle LS1. It was outside during the engine swap and some wet leaves fell on it and was not immediatly cleaned off. This left some spotting which would not come off with washing and other light polishing. I used the Griot's #3 polish and after 2 passes with the polisher, all the spots are gone! What a wonderful machine and result. I'm so happy with this. Anyway, wanted to share my story and say hi.



I'm looking forward to doing my other vehicles and maybe do some friends on the side.
