A fairly new car. VIRGIN PAINT!!!!:up :)



So I gave it the LUSTER-TOUCH!



1. Dawn wash

2. Clay bar

3. Z2/ZFX

4. Z6

5. Z2/ZFX

6. Z6

7. Vac'd interior

8. Dusted / cleaned interior

9. Rain-X

10. Dressed tires and wheel wells



Total 4.5 hours, $125.



No engine detail (they didn't really need to spend the extra 40-bucks!)

Even though the exposure is slightly different, I like the way the blue is enhanced in the second picture. Good job! :xyxthumbs

nice luster what did you use to remove the bugs and what type of dressing did you use on those wheels those look sharp.

To remove bugs, I always use Meguiars QD. It's cheap and it seems to dissolve them!



For the tires, I used "Looks Wet / No Mess". Ordered from CMA.
 
Well hopefully you warned the guy that the first time he takes a hard left or right he is going to get scared out of his mind. It looks like you got some 1.5" into the tread.

That's a great looking detail! I'm thinking about getting one of those soon except in gray. I know the coupe was announced as "most washable car of 2003." But I plan on getting the sedan. Are there any particular places that need special attention? Thanks!

The only place that was tricky was around the front grille/logo. There are some crevices there...otherwise, pretty smooth! Nice fenders too!
