Newbie in Montreal :)

Hi guys,

I just changed cars and got a new Steel Grey BMW 325ci :D, and I'm going nuts trying to find the right way to protect the car.

I've looked at information on Zymol, Zaino, P21S...

Living in Montreal, it will be hard for me to detail the car in the winter, so I want to find something that will last for most of the winter months, and look great in the summer... and *is available* in Canada without having to pay through the nose for custom fees and exchange rates :)

Guess I should post this in the main forum also to get more replies/opinions...

Anyways, I guess I still have lots of reading to do

Welcome.

Lazor auto in Ville St. Laurent I believe carries Meguiars and Redline oils. But I moved to TO a couple of years ago so they may no longer carry it. There's an AutoPartPlus or similar by the Guzzo (west) but I can't for the life of me remember the street name in Montreal any longer, even though I drove on it everyday for 3 years! If you need the name, let me know and I'll do a quick mapquest.

Zaino is easy for me to get so if can't find it, drop a line and I'll pick it up for you.

Klasse, Stoners and ClayMagic is definitely more difficult to get here if not impossible without US shipping.

Otherwise, we have access to most of the products, it just takes some luck and talking to other to find it locally.

S100 is at Harley Davidson shops.

Oh yeah, Taxlady is from Montreal so she may have the scope on where to find things locally.
