New Zaino Product Possible - Inside:

I Have Been Patiently Waiting For This New Product For Awhile. I Know Of Several Autopians Who Have Had It For Testing For A Long Time!
 
The thing that makes the Zaino product unique is that it leaves a protective coating afterwards. It works well. It will be exciting when the product is available for release.:up

It's not as agressive as a product like 3M SMR; it's about as abrasive as AIO, maybe just a tad more agressive.



Works great when used after 3M SMR and before the first coat of Z5 or Z2, and best of all, no wash needed after SMR'ing!

Sorry about the confusing post, my fault. I meant that if the Zaino SMR is compatible to Z2/Z5, then I wouldn't need to wash with dawn after using the product.

AIO is not an abrasive product, it is a chemical cleaner and prep. I've never seen a hint of abrasiveness in AIO. Have you seen any?
 
Sal has been testing this product for quite a while now. Glad to see that he's finally going to release it. Not only will this stuff eliminate any question as to whether or not a wash should be done before the first coat, it also eliminates the need for Z-1 prior to the first coat.
 
Anyone know how far away he is from releasing it? I sure could use it. I purchase my Zaino from the OC/LA guy named Ira. Im placing an order and i want to see if i can get my paws on some :bounce
 
Does anyone with inside knowledge know if this product is applied by hand or by PC? I haven't bought the PC yet, but was going to before I tried SMR again.
 
zaino is also coming out with 2 oz syranges, so you dont have to try to clean those zfx bottlees, or making sure you dont waste any zaino

It works fine by either hand or PC. But don't let that stop you from purchasing the PC. This product is much milder than a traditional SMR and does not replace what a product like 3M's SMR or FI-2 via PC can accomplish.
