New use for Bold N Bright

While preparing my mini-van for sale today, I was cleaning my wheels, tires and wheel wells....using QD+ for the wheels and Bold n Bright for the tires and wheel wells, I shot some Bold N Bright on the globs of tar on my small painted mud flaps and rocker panel...to my surprise the tar just wiped off like butter:dunno ...it's water-based so i had no fear of getting on the paint, but i didn't think it would clean it so easily....give it a try if you have some ..with an old terry towel not your good microfiber:)
 
Ditto that. Been there and done that. I've found that like the "Natural Look" Interior Dressing, Bold and Bright also has some cleaning ability. It simply works great on wheel wells and exterior trim too. A little bit goes a long way also. Of course you can't beat the Poorboys Trim Restorer on exterior trim, but the Bold and Bright will work in a pinch. Truly an awesome product.
 
This past Saturday I had detailed under the hood of my 2002 Toyota 4Runner. I sprayed the rubber and plastic parts with Bold n Bright. I then got a yellow foam applicator pad to spread it around evenly. And then buffed it with a micro fiber towel. The Bold n Bright really cleaned and shined up the engine bay.

I actually got several compliments this past Saturday when I took the 4Runner in for a oil change after I had just detailed it. The owner of the shop and several employees told me that my 4Runner was immaculate and asked if I had detailed the engine. The Office Manager asked for my biz card and asked me to fax a price list for the Poorboys products.

Well, here is another compliment I got today. I took my wife and daughter to the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant in Waikiki. I had valet my 4Runner and when we came back to the 4Runner after lunch the valet was very impressed how clean and shiny the 4Runner looked. He asked for my biz card. He even told me that another customer who had just valet their 4Runner was looking at my 4Runner and couldn't believe how clean it was. Well, he asked for prices and said he will be in contact. I should have opened up my hood and made them drool. :lmfao
