even if you did find a hand car wash, the materials/products used will not be the highest quality (they buy cheap in bulk) and definitely not up to Autopian standards by a long stretch. just think of all the dirty towels/wash mitts they use and how rough/contaminated they would be as they have used them on many other vehicles before using them on yours and not to mention they probably don't wash them. the best thing to do is buy some supplies and do it yourself the right way...
