Well, my name is Scott and I have always been fascinated by automotive detailing. I guess its the hunt for the next " best thing ". I own a pristine 1988 BMW M6 that ( thanks to Eric @ Tru Shine in Knoxville and me doing all the grunt work ) won 1st Place in Super Clean at last years Sharkfest in Scotsboro AL. We possibly could have won Concours but I chickened out and went for the easy win. I like looking at the exotic hard to find detailing materials like Gtechnique - C Quartz - Swiss Vax - Prima and so on. Probably would be better if I actually knew how to use them instead of just knowing how and where to buy them. I own the 88 M6 , a 2007 MB SL550 Opti coated and sealed by Eric, a 2007 BMW X3 Sport and a 2012 Subaru Forrester. Anyway glad to be here and want to learn and improve.
