New PC 7424

Ok so i just ordered the PC 7424 kit from autopia car care and i was wondering if the pads that come with the set are any good and if i need to buy anything else b 4 i get going with the machine??!?!?! Any suggestions or comments would be greeaatly approciated! :xyxthumbs
 
I believe they offer two different pad kits, one with LC pads and the other with Sonus DAS pads, which are both good products. You may want to have more than one polishing pad and some good mf towels for removal.
 
Yea they are the DAS pads and i have MF towels i am just curious if i should invest in more then one pad or change packing pllates, etc...

It wouldn't be a bad idea to pick up one or two extra polishing pads and another finishing pad may come in handy also. The backing plate that comes with the DAS kit will be fine.



If you want to stay with all DAS pads they are an excellent choice, but here is another source of good but inexpensive pads:

The backing plate that comes with the Sonus kit is 5" right? If so there shouldn't be a problem. You can always PM A.K.A. Patrick just to make sure.
