Not a whole bunch, but I am on a Frontier board, so you kind of hear about all the issues that arise with certain year dates. Don't know of anything major with the new 12's. While the 4.0 has some power and the 5 speed auto shifts good (IMO) gas mileage could be better. But, really, enjoy your new ride. Take care of it and it will last you a long time. Like I've mentioned before let the dealer do your first oil change. The must use and impact on the oil filter from the factory. After that it's easy pickins. Have had my 07 D40 for a little over year, and besides some annoying suspension quirks it's reliable.

first impressions after 100+ miles.
IMPRESSIVE! the 4.0 has plenty of grunt with a good exhaust note. the factory rockford fosgate stereo is unreal. probably the best i have heard for a factory option! the ride is dead on and enjoyable. mileage has been about 16mpg. but i am sure it will improve hense "break in". wrangler really has nothing over the xterra.

already shopped for the weathertech floor liners and vent visors.
