Black 2005 F-150
Hey everyone, my name is Todd (hence the UserName :)) and I am from central Ohio.

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford F-150. I love it more and more each day! Cleaning/washing/detailing it has become a new obsession for me, and every time I do it I learn something new! So far, I am a big fan of Meguiar's product line, especially their NXT stuff. Another forum I belong to has a "General Care & Detailing" sub-forum which is where I got most of my knowledge so far.

Oh, and by the way, my truck is all BLACK! I have yet to read any posts here, but I'm sure there are oodles of threads about how hard it is to keep black cars clean. It is a lot of work, but the rewards are well worth it IMO!

Anyway, just saying hi to everyone and I plan on reading and learning a lot! (And post if need be :)).

You'll be surprised at the numerous "combos" of polishes/waxes, etc. that will make your black truck look awesome. Megs was all I used till I found this site, now I count Clearkote and Poorboys as some of the best and easiest stuff to use. Plus, experimenting with new prods is fun!

Post some pics when you get them.

I work smack dab in the middle of downtown Columbus and live about 15 minutes east of Columbus in Reynoldsburg.
