Haven’t posted much work on the forums lately, pretty much stick with just Facebook/Instagram for timesaving purposes.
This Black Series belongs to my best customer. Been hard to find time to perform the correction but after it went to the dealership for some fixes I had to do it, as they completely wrecked the car when they had it.
Process:
Compound with Rupes LHR15/MF Cutting/FG400
Finished with Rupes LHR 15/Rupes White/Sonax Perfect Finish
LSP was Wolf’s Hard Body
Tried snapping as many pics as I could during the process, did what I could with the time I had.
Getting everything set up for my test sections

Clarity starting to come back

According to my customer, this is a one-off interior. A customer of his, a racecar driver, was the designer. The only other one has blue inserts instead of red. It’s been years since he told me the story, can’t recall the guy or the background of it. But is pretty awesome!
