New Image Auto Detailing: 2006 Tundra

Cleaned up a Tundra for a repeat customer today. He was concerned about the amount of gloss and lack of protection. Upon arrival it was clear that the paint was pretty oxidized.

Time and customer budget only allowed for a 1-step correction to remove the oxidation and restore the gloss.

Sorry for the lack of pictures in this one, it was cold and cloudy.

Took forever to perform decon:
Foam→Dwell→Rinse→Crevices cleaned up with APC and Swissvax brush
Foam→2BM wash→Rinse→Iron Cut→Wash→Rinse
Clay→Rinse→Wash→Rinse→Dry….FOREVER

Iron cut – not great lighting outside today

Not only did the tires require much work to remove the muck, the rims were nasty

Thanks for looking!

Nicely done... single stage paint? I always wondered why so many imports use single stage for white...

Nice work, I'm getting ready to do my white 4Runner and it's single stage paint too. I've done some spot correction and it's a breeze to work on I thought.

Great work on that Tundra, man it was FLAT!
