Hi folks..

Just bought my first black car and figured I would come here to learn to do it right...

I also am looking for a detailer in the NH/ MA area to get a good protective layer(done right) down on it before I start to commence my own detailing...

I'll be searching and learning.

Great site BTW...

Welcome to the site! What kind of car did you get? There are some great techniques on this site for keeping a black car clean and looking good. As for Detailers in NH/MA where are you located? I'm in Southern NH. I don't know your experience or what products you have or are going to buy but that'd help also. My advice is, if your going to be passonate about detailing cars, you might aswell start on your right away. Good luck.

I picked up a Legacy Gt Wagon Obsidian Black Pearl ,Its a deep black with a fine multi-colored, mostly green metallic really remarkable color in the sunlight.

I previously had a WRX that was World Rally Blur that I detailied myself.

I am in southern NH/ Seacoast area. I really want the protection on my car and a really good cleaning before I start just so I know all the "from the dealer garbage" is gone.

I have never used the clay bar and I would like to start the winter off on the right foot to by having this thing professionally detailed on the exterior.

The interior is no problem, its new. But I have always enjoyed the detailing the interior.

As far as products I have used several, however I generally use Meguires(sp) However I plan on changing over to 303 for the interior.

Thanks

Iggy
