A new guy here to detailing forums: Just signed up and wanted to say 'hi'.
I am just starting out as a hobbyist to work on our family vehicles. I enjoy reading about everyone's experiences, tips, and product reviews. I must say that I think I was bit by the detailing 'bug' as I just recently bought a 6" DA polisher (GG), some pads, microfibers, and a few other things. Being in northern Illinois and not having a heated garage, I think my detailing escapades will probably have to wait until the spring time. But I am looking forward to that time. Until then, I will continue to read the forum and see what products I will want to buy as spring approaches.
We have a 96 GMC conversion van, a 2006 Ford Escape, and a 2011 Subaru Ouback.
