Just found the site and joined yesterday. I have always had the bug to have the cleanest car in the neighborhood. I love the comments I get from people on how nice mine and my wife's car are. Started at 15 with my first truck and never stopped. When I saw people spending $100+ to have it done for them I knew I could do it better and cheaper. I don't let anyone else wash my cars and cringe when my wife takes hers somewhere for a express wash. Looking forward to learning some more tips here.

It will become more apparent as you post but a definitive area of where you live will help future poster's in aiding you in your detailing questions. Besides, inquiring minds need/want to know.

I'm beginning to think Texas is the detailing capitol of the world. There are more guys from Texas than California and Florida combined on here.

I'm not complaining though, welcome to the group.;)
