New detailers pro wash & wax

I saw they replaced DP Auto Wash. It is now a wash and wax product with a dilution around 1 ounce to 2 gallons,

:( I was upset when I heard DP Auto Bath Shampoo was being discontinued. I really liked that banana smelling shampoo.

I plan on reviewing the new Detailer’s Power Wash this Sunday (weather permitting).

They say it doesn't alter your LSP,bit how is that possible if it contains any form of protection???

For me foaming is about cleaning, not protecting. Chances are pretty good that most folks follow washing with another step either a detail spray or some spray product all of which are boosters...so I fail to see what adding a wax brings to the table and in fact may not have the desired effect. It only makes sense if there is no step after the wash other than a wipe down with a drying towel. With everybody topping crazy these days I seriously doubt it ends with a final wipe with a drying towel.

agreed!
I always make sure to use a shampoo that leaves nothing behind, and if I use a drying aid, it also should be without any form of protection. I think we spend enough money on the LSP for looks and waterbehaviour. So why add anything?

Wash and waxes are good for people who don't detail, bit just wash there car and have some protection afterwards.
