ok guys here is a us brochure link, here lately i became a huge pruduct junkie and i think i found my end! today a friend of mine called me who is a body shop supplier! he gave me a sample of farcela a few little samples! 4 ounce samples! nothing more to say then makes 3m look like turtle wax! ill post some pics of before and afters tomarrow! 1500 hundred wetsand right to a compound that cuts like m105 and finishes like ultrafina! all in one step! ill get some pics up tomarrow. the product i had a sample of was Total <---product name!

Farecla is not an unknown. In southern Ontario, they have a huge market - perhaps 30% of body shops? I know of one mobile detailer who uses them, too.

have you used the stuff holdon? i just got samlples and ill tell ya its nice stuff i never heard of it! really this stuff is a true clean compound! i enjoyed it!

I haven't used it. From what they tell me, it's a very dry compound. The owner of a local detailing shop told me he uses water to assist with lubrication.

that makes sense i did to its water based very easy cleanup. not to get off topic holdon ! when ya gonna finish that teaser forum?

Hmmm...there's an "e" in that name. ;)

Anyway, I'm just catching up on some work over at least the next week so until then, editing pictures is on the back-burner.

Ive been using Farecla polishs on/off for about 2 years now. I can get them cheap, locally, so I use them alot. The G3 is ok, similar cut to 1Z IP...it does dust a lot tho. I normally cut it with a little OP, tho this increases the working time. IME experience tho, its not designed for a DA. I used it once with a rotary and it finishs much nicer. Farecla suggests leaving the compound residue on the paint and following up with a polishing pad. That may help...

I wouldnt bother with their finishing compounds (G10). It doesnt finish as nice as po85rd or 106fa.

I havent used the glaze or wax

It's a very nice compound, my preferred, it cuts great and finishes nice. Just change or clean the pad every 2-3 panels.
