Hey guys, I've been around on and off as a lurker for a few years, but I need some advice. Between recent moves and storage I had to ditch a lot of detailing supplies that I built up. In the past I've used Zaino and M205 & M105with decent good on most of my cars, but I want to try something new.
I recently picked up a new 2012 Mustang GT in Grabber Blue which I love, but it needs a little work. The dealer added some very very fine scratches along with couple of light water spots, at no-charge BTW. Grabber blue really doesn't show much of this even in full sun, unless you are inches from the paint. I think a glaze would hide most of it, but I would like to fix it because I'm OCD like that. I have already clay barred the car to remove the raildust etc. and put on a coat of gold class for the time being.
Right now this is my plan:
Menz 106fa w/ white pad -> ISA wipe -> Chem. Guys EZ-Creme Glaze -> BF Wet Diamond
Would the 106fa provide enough cut to correct the issues, and how does it finish out? If the 106fa will work, would it be beneficial to follow up with the 85rd? I have a GG RO with some black, white and maybe blue LC pads, but I can get some different pads. Any thoughts, suggestions, or recommendations? TIA:rockon:
